With the park out of the way, we can expect more vips to be enticed back again -   There is a possibility of Japan in the horizon.  -   School Holiday season in DEC and CNY coming up is a good double peak season for a company like RWS. We expect GENS to report group EBITDA of S$350m (+20% y/y +16% q/q) or property EBITDA of S$363m (+23% y/y +16% q/q) assuming normalized VIP hold of 2.9% (vs 2.5% in 2Q13 and 2.8% in 3Q12). GENS were unlucky in 1Q and 2Q FY13. DB forecasts below 3Q operational trend:- 􀂄 We expect VIP rolling volume to fall 5% q/q due to seasonality but up 26% y/y given low base effect to S$16.6bn. To recap, 1Q VIP RC surged 38% y/y and + 29% y/y in 2Q. 􀂄 We forecast 4% y/y mass gaming revenue growth similar to 1H growth. 􀂄 Given seasonality, we expect none gaming revenue to be flat q/q but up 17% y/y due to contribution from Marine Life Park. 􀂄 DB forecasts related gaming costs like bad debt provision and non gaming operating costs to be under control, leading to property EBIDA margin improvement. DB forecasts property margin of 47% in 3Q vs 44% in 2Q and 44.5% a year ago.
