Someone just sold 238 lots wee hur at 285 and buy back wee hur wrt 12 at 8.1cents..making a 952 dollars profit ..need to pay two brokerAge fees around 300...still a good profit..but rem to covert by this week to get the dividen of 2380 | ||||

Called boardroom and confirmed that so long the wrt conversion reach by 21 Aug 5pm..u still got dividen...form ready by tomorrow. So pls convert wrt12 asap. Wee hur profit for first half is 49 million..sofor fyi12 it will be 100 millions..how.many small cap Apr this good result and pay.dividen near seven percent
Pick up more this morning at 285... |

PROPERTY DEVELOPERS are facing some uncertainty over the rise of property prices as a result of the past one year of policy curbs, but a strong pipeline of residential projects has been keeping construction players busy. In 2Q2012, the total supply of uncompleted units from private residential projects in the pipeline was at a record high of 83,251. Of this, 38,175 units were unsold. While this may not augur well for real estate developers, it does mean ample contracts have been given out construction players. In 1Q2012, the pick-up in residential construction activity resulted in Singapore’s construction output expanding a whopping 27.9% compared to 1Q2012. We decided to take a look at how three construction and property players have enjoyed the boomtime. Wee Hur 1H2012 net profit up 96% WEE HUR posted a 96% increase in net profit attributable to shareholders to $5.7 million for 1H2012. 1H12 revenue and attributable profit would have been S$251.2 million and S$49.1 million if the previous method of revenue recognition were continued. It has proposed an interim dividend of 1 cent per share, representing a 123.5% dividend payout. Wee Hur is currently engaged with the development of four projects two of which are industrial projects, namely Harvest@Woodlands and Premier@Kaki Bukit which are 100% and more than 95% sold respectively as at 30 June. The recognition of both the revenue and earnings of the two industrial property projects is deferred until their completion, which means the company’s earnings will be lumpy. The other two are residential developments, Urban Residences (more than 80% sold as at 30 June) and the newly launched Parc Centros. More than 75% of Parc Centros has been sold since its launch on 21 July 2012. On top of these four development projects, Wee Hur has a construction order book of S$509.5 million as at 30 June 2012 to provide continuous flow of activities through FY2014. Its construction projects comprise of commercial, residential, industrial and public projects and include public housing projects such as Vista Spring@Yishun and Fernvale Riverbow in Sengkang. Then there are private residential projects such as Trilight in Newton, and industrial developments such as Premier@Kaki Bukit. Wee Hur is also into design-and-build projects at Nepal Hill, Fusionopolis at One North and Changi Business Park by Ascendas. All these translate into a construction order book of about S$204 million a year, versus 1H2012 revenue of S$128 million. |

So did u got some ipo placement? I was told by someone who is nearly 90plus and still keep on buying wee hur till 1000 lots ..because he trust them and believe wee hur stock is a good fortune for his family. Imagine 1000 lots meant at least 20000 dividen Per year...thus I am encourage people to buy for mid term and maybe can use cpf .to buy

I met the boss on several occasions in 1999/2000 while the company was preparing for public listing.He's a sincere,polite and of low-profile type of successful businessman.One of his younger brothers was my secondary school mate from The Chinese High.I've strong confidence in this company because the management is serious,clean and honest with no gimmicks whatsover to fool their investors for their own benefits.Many family-based listed SMEs are not as respectable,remember Poh Lian and Chew Eu Hock.

I think wee hur will xd on 16 Aug and pay dividen on 31 Aug. This cash rich company really fast to rewards shareholder as they just report 2q result. Hope boardroom can speed up the processing per wrt convertion .. | ||||

Just pick up a conversion form for wee hur wrt12 from boardroom (singapore land tower #32-01), indicate the number of wrt to convert,  purchase a cashier order to wee hur  ltd or pte ltd (i forget, pls take a look of the conversion form)  from dbs nearby  ( 1 share $0.20, 1 lot $2000and submit back to boardroom. P.s. boardroom currently run out of form, say  tuesday then got. Kindly do it asap as boadroom need time to  process,  think less than two weeks  | ||||

Wee Hur have 3.5% or 1cts dividend coming Sept 12. and Wee Hur have " Lumpy Dividend" next year! Warrant do not collect dividend. Expect Wee Hur to go up to 0.38cts

Apart from wee hur.I also invested some other popular counters like wilmar genting noble etc.these few counters always give me heart attack for the past few months even those I bought it quit low price. Only wee hur that give me some peace even Dow down a few hundreds pts ..thus more than half of my profile is wee hur and it's wrt14. Pick up wrt 14 is because I believe it will hit at least ten cents by 2014 !and I will not let go wee hur so long the divided yield still above five..no pts put money in bank as inflation rate is around five....
