or they trying to push price lower so as to get in ? It has hover around the region of 0.30 for a while, massive selloff could have done earlier if they had wanted. |

i reckon their announcement should be by end of this month & a positive one but still couldn't confirmed on the date. Gosh, i thought the selling was long over for this counter. | ||||

Soon loh, its last 2H08 was on 13 Feb 08. Its interim div 1H08 was 2.17cts. 3QTR NPAT 6.486m. AK vested, but still paper loss loh. Hope to get a k or above of div, ds time round,

Beside involving water-related infrastructure in PRC, it also has footprints at M-East n North Africa. M-East unrest may post some concern on its business. No track record on its FY div as it only listed on 3 Dec 07. Base on its passed QTR results, it will not likely fall into red when announcing its full 12 mths report. Guesses, it will announce its result in Jan 09 for any div or proposed special div to be given. And subsequently passing the offer during the AGM in FEB 09. Hope, Ah Hai will give us good news loh, first time mah.

with China's stimulus plan to boost their domestic consumption & probably more in store, won't that a positive sign? Credit crunch it may be but for them to obtain funding shouldn't be much of a mounting task, would they? when's their 1H interim div likely be? |

Its 3 QTR NPAT 6.486m. The tightening credit crunch will affect coy's ability to raise funds n as most of coy's plants operate in industrial areas, a slowdown in activities there will affect revenue. Its 1H08 interim div was 0 .0217. 2H07 mtg was on 13 Feb 08. Had posted some opinions on 2009 economy n market trend, in other threads. Above no call for anything. Vested. FYI.

to put it blantly, what's the odds like? buy now or later? The low was at 0.23 caused by a sudden sell off in one of the morning but recovered rapidly to around 0.33. Thereafter, current price level has been hovering what's your take?

how does the acquisition have any impact ? i do not have much knowledge of company with a trust entity like hyflux, anyone can enlighten me? i do not monitor this counter but perhaps can start to accumulate, how's their dividend payout like & when's their next announcement? |
