Heeton Holdings posts 127.3% rise in 9M net profit to $10.4m Heeton Holdings, the niche boutique property developer that focuses on developments catering to niche upscale markets with projects of unique and exclusive concepts, says it posted an increase of 127.3% in its profit after tax to $10.35 million in its 9 months ended 30 September 2009. This came on the back of an increase in its turnover by 38.1% to $44.37 million, mainly brought about by the increase in revenue from property development with recognition of sales coming mainly from The Elements@Stevens and The Lumos. Danny Low, Chief Operating Officer, says, “We are pleased to have surpassed our FY2008 net profit by 47.0% within just nine months in our current financial year. This achievement sets us in good profitability position for FY2009 despite the challenging economic environment. |

all time high (52 weeks) is 1.17, I would say Target Price 1.20 is reasonable! | ||

dreambig$, 0.67 or 0.695 make no difference, just that it was 0.67 last week when I bought it.. Remember, Aug 17 price range from 0.575 to 0.70 and closed at 0.685, with price now, it is very cheap.. but hopefully, this morning u can get cheaper price as DPS scrapped might caused some panic spider throwing properties stock. For long term, you can just buy it now, 1H 07 net profit increased 2015% and that's 48 millions... not to mention how much they can earn at the second half of the year and next year... ! STRONG BUY ! |

hi dreambig, reason it hasnt moved fast yet, is classic case of how BB operates. even BB has only woken upto potential of Heeton around 3 months back. so BB still hasnt finished accumulation of shares. till that time BB will keep pressing down for more. only when BB has finished, will it allow Heeton to move back to $1 range. hopefully there wont be another stock market scare to send all counters down again. |

Hi Trymyluck, thanks for ur information. Heeton has been on my watchlist for a long time, it reached a high px of $1.17 this year, and based on its performance, is actually an undervalued stock. Just puzzled why it isn't moving as fast as it should be? Tks. | ||

Heeton projected earnings per share will be 50 cents per share. so its P/E ratio at 75 cents price would be around 2 . if its not a good time to accumulate now, i dont know when else can it be a good time. vested. |
