goodday idesa168, u re right. all candle triggers need lead in and confirmation. A opening price above yesterday close will more or less confirms it. I'm just being aggressive, in another word, greedy. pls don't invite nicky here. vested. |

Trading on a 5 mins chart intraday using super duper short Stochastic (mebbie thats why a FAST Stoch was invented) period is like trying to chase a bullet train - you will never catch the train. When the indicators confirms the entry or exit, its way too late. : ) |

Thanks, idesa168. My understanding is that a hammer that forms after a downtrend does not need confirmation. However, an INVERTED hammer that forms after a downtrend needs confirmation by a higher close the next day. Respectfully. |

I think it's a counter NICKY will love tomorrow. 5 minutes Stochastic crossed over already in the overbought region. All signs look bearish. The only Bullish sign in the inverted hammer. However, we dun usually read a hammer by a single day. It requires the next 1-2 days to confirm a hammer reversal. The price needs to close tomorrow above today's close then we might have chance of reversal. If not, it will be nulled. |

Hi 704428, you are right. The fund wun be coming into S share so soon, not Oct this year. I have read wrongly, and thank you for correcting me. When the approved QDII fund starts, they will first invest in H share. If got balance will then come to SG. But when I dun know...did anyone tell you that for sure Jan next yr the fund will flow into SG? |

idesa168, In one of yr earlier post, did u say 8 Oct the QDII fund is coming in? But I thought the fund will only be coming in on Jan 2008? Can someone clarify? |

yes, I saw the hammer. Anything can happen in this volatile sentiment. Chart reading can help entry and exit but dun work all the time. Just be careful. Dun get trap. The Chng Kay will win all the time. They will determine to go up or down. If want up, keep all share so that mkt demand is higher and the share will go up. Down will be the other way. So who got the say, Chng Kay or the Chart? |
