Banjoo(BJ) has on Fri 7 Sept expressed intention to aquire Megatalk,a co own by NTUC INCOME and is involved in the telecommunication svs just like CCTM,a unit of China's CCTV with a viewership of >330mil.All these acquisition will be financed by BJ's shares at a price of ab 30cts.In Aug BJ has reached agreement to repay its debts to creditors and banks too and BJ will be a totally revamped biz out of non profitable textile biz. BJ's subsidiary Shanghai All Points-Invs Co Ltd has officially launched its paperless welfare lottery biz in Shanghai and BJ will pay Diamond Sky International,the owner,that is being tied up with the special purpose vehicle to facilitate the deal,Diamond Sky will be paid with BJ shares first tranche at 20cts and next trance at 40cts.The MOU inked on 5June is legally binding as 3 mths is the normally period for it to be ratified and is normally sealed unless there are adverse changes to offeror and offree's positions.Deal is likely in BJ's pockets already. I'm very new at this. Newbie. Looking at the above, how can Ban Joo be paying for deals with stock at prices above the current price? Why would Megatalk and Diamond Sky agree to such deals? Or is the share price likely to be much more than 40 cents in the future? |

Sound dubious to me...So many lottery ventures in china......banjoo, lottisvision and Pacnet....... Just how many foreign companies have succeeded? Really scary to see the shares go down to bottomless pit trade with caution |

Banjoo has in the past to perform even better when Dow drop..will be within the top vol next week as its low of 15 to 16cts was artifically pressed down for BB to accumulate..even at 20cts downside is limited but upside is.... All attention will be switched to Banjoo and the paperless lottery in Shanghai is certain in its bags now thta BJ is in process of acquiring CCTM(unit of CCTV) and S'pore's Megatalk all these to provide synergistic support to its lottery biz and the share investmnet (20/8/07 to 02/09/07) in its write up.o's subsidiary Shanghai All-Points Invs Co has officially launched its paperless sale of welfare lottery biz in Shanghai,PRC.All Banjoo;s purchases will be fund by issuing BJ shares at 20cts...30cts and 40cts..the support will just be there..unlikely for BJ to drop to 15cts again or the ridiculously 7 to 9 cts again...strong buy |
