Chinamilk gd results with bonus issue?

On 12 dec 2006 Chinamilk"s price was $1.38 when convertible loan issue was announced..its price drifted downwards...today hit $1.37...the loan injects > fund for the co's expansion....will cross $1.40 by this week |

Dip slightly to a low of $1.34 but at noon close unchange...last week there are married deals from $1.30 all the way to $1.34...good sign will cross $1.40 it's just a matter of time |

Bull has not been missed!. We are at the very early stage of a potentially significant rally. After a volatile consolidation phase with 2 significant bearish peaks, the stock has returned to postiive momentum. This phase is just 5 days old--a baby. The real move will occur on a break-out through 1.50. I wouldn't be cautious until then, and personally I see 1.80 to 1.90 in the 6-12 month time frame as a real likelyhood. |

Time to buy..break $1.30 is a gd sign....UOB Kayhian recommend upside to at least $1.52... Take a look at Chinmilk...just about to move..engine has just started to sputter...make the profit $1.30 buy sell around $1.40....50 lots and switch back to Banjoo..as the latter is consolidating..look at Rowsley and baker Tech..same strategy after >26 cents..no > strength....rested >2 mths so switch to Chinamilk..lap it up :P :P :P |

My own technical analysis suggests this stock has positive momentum as of 3 days ago with 2 days of follow up confirmation. So this stock is a BUY until proven otherwise. There has been some noise lately that this stock could be negatively impacted by rising feedstock costs, though which may have contributed to last weeks weakness. |

I don't think bonus issue is a real issue with China Milk (or am I wrong here). What is more important is about the OEM milk processing contract. The processing tonnage has been raised from 50000 tonnes to 100000 tonnes annually for a period of 5 years. This should help in the bottomline. |
