It posted a good result. High indication for the issue of more shares or placement of shares for M&A. This stock is just listed on the stock exchange not long ago Such company shows the lack in depth as an investor may not welcome such move. Such M&A move should only consider after one year being listed in the exchange. Such share issue may cause the fall in the share price especially the given price is always at a great discount to the market price.. |

Sihuan said it plans to make at least 3 acquisitions this year to expand its business and boost its market share in China.It is in talks with at least 3 private Chinese pharmaceutical companies to take a majority stake or enter into jvs, CEO Fengsheng Che told Reuters in an interview. "We don't rule out the possibility of some M&A this year. We are now targeting 3," Che said. He declined to say how much the firm would spend on the acquisitions, but said financing would come from bank loans, IPO proceeds and cash. Sihuan has about 41.8 million yuan in cash, according to its '06 balance sheet. Sihuan -- which has a market value of about US$200 million -- also said local stock broker DMG's 2007 net profit forecast of 136.9 million yuan, and sales target of 259.6 million yuan were "reasonable". That would represent a 51% increase in net profit in 2007, from 90.5 million yuan in 2006, and a 60% jump in revenue in 2007, from 161.8 million yuan last year. "The estimates are reasonable," Che said. Sihuan also expects to maintain gross profit margins of more than 70%, on the back of strong sales this year, Che said. |

Sihuan is indeed a promising share - with good potential for price increase. It is announcing FY2006 And 1Q2007 Financial Statements before trading commences on 11 May 2007 (Friday). I believe the result will be in line with analyst expectations, or even exceed it. Cheers to those who accumulated this share. May have a second wave of buying after result announcement tomorrow. |

The stock price seemed to trend downward. Some broking houses stated the stock is good with fair value target price of 0.91 with high growth potential. It is good to accumluate as the price go down comparable to the day the price being listed on the SGX. |

Uob asset, lehman, emirate and dubai has share in the company. I think they are buying slowly and holding on to the stock. This company has various type of medicines that can treat various sickness, another very very hugh market for their product is middle east. |
