Yes,1234567 ... still hold tp1.50 ... I am sure UOB will revised the tp. Inview of current bullish mood in construction and development counters, I am in it for medium term . Remember LKH was at high of 2.53 b4 x-right ÷nd on 28th May 07. Many LKH supporter is still holding on after the right issues. |

Property Development and Construction sectors are expected to do well in the next 2-3 years, LKH has the best of both, $1.03 doesn't look difficult to achieve. |

Agreed with trymyluck. Current price has already factored in the rights issused. However, there may be some more adjustment before stablizing. Overall, I would think that it is on the uptrend. Just my thought. |

sohguanh, to each their own expected price. but dont forget market also has a price which sometimes is expectation sometimes is true logic. LKH price from $ 2 to 80 cents was logic. before rights issue was announceed share price was $2.1 or something. rights issue price announced 36 cents 2 shares for 1 share $2.1 so if u do calculation $2.1 + 75 cents = $2.8 which works out to 87 cents which was open price ex-rights. |

trymyluck: LKH Sp all time low is 0.11 correct? i give it < 30 cents already give face already leh. Hehehehhee...... believe in this saying the higher you rise the more drastic is the fall. so if you apply this theory and you kick off real low, when the fall is drastic you still got some time to let go cuz you buy real low remember? LKH Sp $2+ to < $0.80 is 50+% fall so currently 80 cents if apply same logic should fall to 40 cents? :P |

alamah sohguanh, dont scare the newbies here with ur 30 cents price target. all short term players sure get heart attack. LKH is property player, in current market cant see LKH falling below 60 cents after rights issued. remember this guy got vested interest in iskandar region too Nxt yr earnings will make sure LKH go past $1 mark again unless Directors decide to issue more shares and bring price down again. ur approach definitely the warren buffet approach !!! |

trymyluck: agree. as i am those buy and hold investor i always prefer to buy stock at it's 52 week low if possible. i go for low cost counter cuz at worst case scenario i can lose only tat much monies. this strategy does not work if stock has some NEW and profitable business that comes along and the share price will only go UP and minor down. a few counter i wait patiently i abandoned waiting. i guess i belong to buy low sell higher only when i feel company business has low prospects of making monies in the long run. LKH Sp I shall wait patiently. Hope to get it below 30 cents if possible :P |
