Extracted from my blog http://kelongstocks.blogspot.com Please remember to support my blog, mant thanks :) Fundamental Analysis Will continue to benefit from supplying PCB copper foil to Elec & Eltek which is expected to enjoy strong growth given the buoyant electronics industry. PCB players have continued to rerate of late, with the likes of Eucon, Jadason all benefiting from upgrades. Risk of higher copper prices and oil prices has been mentioned as reasons for underperformance but these excuses appear to be unjustified as evidenced by Kingboard's net margins before tax increasing to 10.9% in 2005 vs 10.5% in 2004. The additional 810 tonnes helped revenue to grow 40% in 2005, in 2006, an additional 540 tonnes of production capacity has been implemented. Coupled with Elec & Eltek's additional 20% growth in revenues in 1Q06, Kingboard's revenues is forecasted to grow by about 34% while net profits will increase by about 30% (margins expected to decline due to start-up losses in new plants). ...............continued at my blog |
