Yield about 3-4%. PE  is rather low. If you have holding power then you may decide. You hv to make  yr own judgement call? This are those who has had very deep pocket to withstand mkt volatility and can very easily buy alot more going cheaper  - pump and dump Strategy. Bot liao or thinking to buy  /shorting, simply b'cos it cheap or prices is too high. Oneself simply just donno a matter of when to let go. (buy /sell or hold? - Sell or don sell..? / short or don short?) Then hold and sell B4 those BBs starting to sell.
