x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	May be can try Sabana reit it has already delcared dividend for 1 qtr of 3.04 cents. Projected DPu of 9%+ which is so much better than HPH trust. Sabana has the potential of going up from here.It's IPO price is $1.05 which is more that 10% cheaper now to buy.Also it doesn't subject to currency exchange .. edchai      ( Date: 29-May-2011 19:45) Posted: It at its discounted IPO price,  I bought some for mid-term.  Hope it can deliver reasonable dividend yield too.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The  IPO shares were placed out at US $ 1.01. They bought back at average of US $ 0.98. Profit - 3 cents per share. On top on that, the bank earns a placement fee. Money already collected when IPO is completed. This money is used for the stabilisation purchases. If the shares trade above the IPO price, the bank just exercise the over-allotment option. Either way, the bank makes.
