I looked at this counter in my earlier post, mentioning about its high cost of borrowing eaten up quite a bit of its huge book profits.  If someone is able to come to manage its debts, which I believe Boustead being an old hand in business for many decades could, then the past glory of this counter could return, and we can see it rise to at least $1.00 in the future.  But I will be satisfied with a short term stock gain of say 50 cents from now.  Looking at its steadiness in the trades, and holding well at above betw 8-8.5, I believe it is hitting a right note.  Lets be patient and aim at a longer time and bigger piece of cake.

But with the arrival of a new strategic stakeholder (Boustead) and the restructuring of big parts of its debts this 

company should hopefully get one more chance. I like their business, clean water is a human right and hopefully the new management is skillfull and prudent. What makes me a bit nervous (after sort of getting in spontaneously) is their

rapidly diminishing cash in 09/10.

They better stage a turnaround this quarter or get some more funding. by the way, has the proposed capital increase from last april been completed?

Still accumulating what I can.  People don't see it yet is the best time to buy.  This upgraded gem has not been receiving fair treatment from the market despite it giving good treatment to "bad" water.  Hahaha. Jokes aside, Boustead must be planning something. Face the facts, the company is making headroads in profitability as shown in FY2010.  Its previous losses were decreasing and now turning of fortune.  It is having an EPS of RMB 0.34 (eqv SGD 0.07 or 7 cents EPS .. wow low, I not an accountant so pls say I am wrong).  Its NTA is approx 28 cents (RMB 1.38).  It is now traded at 8 cents as though it is selling at a song (similar to the Taiwan Hokien song - "chow chi buy" - super cheap sale.

Where are the analysts...?..hahaha.
