i think its ability to do a rights issue and to raise money and also acquire alexandra techno park is a positive move. this will contribute nicely to its distribution rate.. | ||||

as predicted. Rights issue with refinancing. 1 for 3 rights. This will be massive dilution for existing shareholders. Existing holders might take this chance to exit bec basically, u have to pay for $285 for every 1 lots u own. My personal view is, if u are interested, when it fall below 0.2, then consider. |
