In the US market, they always buy back to cancel the shares for the benefit of the shareholders.  Some companies in Singapore buy back to put aside as treasury shares capable of being disposed later or given as scrip dividends to shareholders.  For such a large float in MDR, it could be problem but instead of consolidation, it could be done through put options to large investors to buy the shares from the market at a specific range of price and exercise the puts at a distant date with some benefits agreed upon.. I don't know if any company has practiced this idea I thought of, but if a company does this, then by the maturity date, the company, the shareholders and the investors will benefit without having to consolidate. Consolidation would meant  shareholders get better reward when the company does well in future ventures. Incomer wait long long...with big fraction of that 6 billions more  to sell  for instant profits.. incomers will have to really hold long long.... seller can also sell at 0.01  if it fall to that range and still make 200% profits... this will be a long very long process...

Than warrant holders will have to pay  5 cents  for one mother share. And based on 0.014 traded price... each share would have a value of 14 cents( after consolidation) . Market float will  be +/- 1.3 billions.  Not too bad. With cash from warrant converts and its own  cash balance... new venture and acquisition of  high profit business  would enhance its future value definitely.. but it takes time.  maybe  3 to 5 years down the road.. it might just well be one of the success story. Logically. But as said. for now.  Thats the way it is...until... So share consolidation is inevitable and is the only winning way forward... it takes some time. Won't loose... so when the huge remaining warrant is converted... many will still sell off to collect their bonus.  Incomers whom grab  based on others action...now holds the baby... as high as 0.016/7..hope for next wave ... but with increment to warrant convert at around 6 BILLIONS..the selling will takes a long while..to sell off... apart from that... If after all warrant are converted... the share float would be doubled to around 12 BILLIONS....  without consolidation.........  no chance for RTO ... but if it decides to consolidate .. what will happen to warrants ? If warrants still can convert to share with just 0.005 cent. when consolidate.... say    5 to 1, or maybe  10 to 1...... Share float would  reduced to 1.3 billion... not too bad... provided all warrant are converted or else have to wait till 2 years time when tits mandatory to convert of cancelled. Its also a good thing if the warrants are quickly convert to shares so company can go ahead to consolidate.. With no debts and just 1.3 billions share float and making money further enhance with  new lucrative business venture it would indeed be a future GEM but for now... its neither here nor there... can't move much..till all warrants are converted to shares  and follow by consolidation 10 to 1 Still have to tankuku ...

Only for  BBs (Dir)  holders, who are giving the right to convert @0.005 and not open mkt buyers. Open mkt buyers who wish to convert, will hav to pay, for Eg...will hav to pay the different of 0.006 cts  (let say warrant bot @0.008 and now mother shr  last done @0.014, ++ fee and commission)
