Technical Analysis on STI

STI index has broke the resistance at 3180 to demonstrate the bullishness of the investors.

1)  In weekly charts, a white candle stick with longer lower shadow indicates that investors bullish and buy on pullback to 3120 support.

2)  The weekly trading volume falls as Singapore market closed on Friday.

3)  MACD and RSI indicators are bullish as MACD perform a golden cross.

4) STI is currently supported by the minor support at 3180.

5) The resistance at 3214 is expected to be very strong and investors are likely to take profit at that level due to uncertainty ahead.

Also do not forget to chatise those whom upon seeing the market  rally for many days  came out here with great confidence to declare bully market  & advises followers that  buying stocks at any price  is  in fact good!    Then when  market has fallen for days,  came out to declare that  the market is obviously falling (well yes, we can see  that on the screen for ourselves)  thus  the time has come to  start shorting.

In real terms  such behavior  is know as,  giving a  (realised) market call  in past tense.

wahahha.. this type of posting wahlau.. from 2900 to 2600 without telling the timeframe.. i also can do so sia.. all it takes is just those stupid bankers doing something stupid 5, 10 years from now and it will go down to 2006.. even more earthquakes, disasters, which you can never know and predict, can happen causing that downfall.. so unsubstantiated.. haha.. but anyways, hopefully, readers here are clever enough to think for themselves, thats all that matters... coz all of us  here without a face  are keyboard warriors.. hahah.

Well. Those experts are from brokerage house. The correction till now after japan crisis was mild. I would expect some bigger swing in the future. Think! !! QE2 would end in June 2011.

Global market rebound becos of QE 1 and QE 2. And many brokerage house begins to advice their clients that the bull run is on th 3rd year liao... A tough decision to make on stock value. just less than half a year time, some ppl alredi see paper profit of 70-100% gain.
