x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	They may very well do both... raise the debt ceiling and cut spending.. although yes, it is rather late into the crisis... but I believe that the world knows the repercussions should US default and very unlikely to allow this to happen. Until now, only talks and no real actions. While US have not change, the world are. China is slowly taking over US as the world power. EURO is slowly taking over USD as the next world currency. We better be prepared for next crisis coming from US because they have not learned their lesson. Do you know what will happen when Congress raises their debt ceiling? Their rating will be downgraded and their currency will fall further. People will dump USD for other currencies. Their inflation will sky rocket and all companies related with USD will be affected. Do you know what will happen when Congress don't raise their debt ceiling? US will have to default, their rating will still be downgraded. People will still dump USD for other currencies. Their inflation will also sky rocket and all companies related with UDS will also be affected. Either way, they are trap. The only way to get out of this, is for them to Cut their spending and not have to raise their ceiling or default. But is kind of late now. I don't think China would " walk away" from this problem that will definitely affect their happy forward movement.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	18 May 2011 – STI close Up at 3141. Mixed Signal. STI created a Lower White Candlestick with Higher Volume, this is a mixed Signal. Short-Term Moving Average Shows Short-Term Bearishness. MACD lines indicate down-trending, but its Histogram gives a Mixed Signal. STI is still sitting on the Floor of the Short-Term Uptrend Channel, Falling Below 3140 signify the end of the Short-Term Bull Run. However, STI has a Support level of 3125 which it bound back quite a few times. STI is moving at a very tight range now, we should see a clear direction soon. More on my Blog at Alex Trades. This is just my Mid-Term Analysis on STI. You trade at your own risk.
