Remember: STI will hardly be bullish without most of the good S-chips are subjected recovery from their bottom prices first! In other words, S-chips sign of recovery will lead the STI index upward trend! Generally speaking, China economic will lead all the Asean countries economics this time!

I doubt STI would fall below 3,000 and further because I heard recently that the Singapore economy is growing at 6.2 per cent from the previous five over percent...I believe it is time to buy and hold. | ||||

we likely to see the weakness.in global economy from the cooling effects from China, Europe crisis and drag from the march quake effect. indicators are likely to show weakness. we maintain our view on STI to test 3000 by end of the week. trade with care. | ||||

My view on STI is bearish - at least, it moves rather than flat narrow band. 1. It has broken the 3100 support line 2. The asymmetrical triangle is broken downward 3. 100D MA cross below 200D MA, Index below 200D MA. (200D MA is an important psychological support for trader) USD Index vs DJI - If QE2 end, likely USD will move up slowly and surely. DJI will move down quickly. DJI/S& P/HSI has already down by 6% since beginning of Beginning of June. see my ckhpaul.blogspot.com
