I use to buy China Hong Xing too but not anymore since last year.      2008 (RMB)  2009 (RMB)  Profit  448,515,000  131,125,000  Cash & Bank Balance  1,981,738,000  3,049,408,000  Interest Earned  15,036  10,861 Our Dear China HongXing Revenue 2009 - 1,998,817 2008 - 2,889,191 Comparing 2009 and 2008 Year To Year (30.8%) Decrease - Pretty sad thats 900 million either in lost of sales - lost in market share or lower average selling price. Now the interest I find it a little funny. With all their huge cash reserves how come interest received is still lower than 2008 even when their cash & bank balance has increased.   This is a Share you guys shouldnt touch unless theres an explanation to the huge cash reserve sitting down there and doing nothing. Seriously ..... BB time to switch. I really gave up on China HongXing.

For the past few trading days, there was a one lot sell down every few minutes....hoping to scare ppl into selling more so that they can accumulate.  Once they have accumulated enough, they will push the price up.  It has happened many times before for this counter.

Order book quotes suggest this may act as near-term floor. Company says in statement the softer performance is due to weaker domestic market demand and a decrease in average selling prices. China Hongxing Sports will report 4Q09 results on or before March 1. “This guidance could be below market and our expectations,” says Deutsche Bank who believes the poor performance could be due to reduction in ex-factory price and ongoing product discounts given to distributors to clear inventory.
