STI to cross 3000 boosted by long-term investors Post Reply Rate topic

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I guess if I am really wrong, I can still keep the shares for another 60 years? Nothing to lose. I will just keep buying and buying every month. Already got roof over the head, pedals under the heels, partner for life and life insurannce as well as life saving plans. Playing share is a hobby and passion. Learn alot from big brothers out here. Sometimes  I like to share abit of my thoughts hope everyone dun mind my amatuer views.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	she maybe right, it all depend on her entry price for right counters and timeframe for cycle in this crisis... remember  that's how some investors here picked up bargains like Noble(< $1), DBS($< 10), SembMarine(< $2) OSIM(< 50c) CapLand(< $2) etc..at low prices during the Lehman crisis.....hold on and make very good money after prices recovered in 2010/11.

Even the Great depression lasted only 1 year followed by phenomenal rebound. With every crisis there is bound to be a huge rebound. If this crisis deepens, put your next 50% at the next trough. Returns will be phenomenal. However if you have no extra cash or saving for marriage, medical bill etc. Just stay away from stock market. For me , I already invested 50% into  S-chips Baidu.com ( Internet ), China  Construction bank ( banking ), Memstar ( manufacturing ) ,  CAO ( OIL )  and  US Macdonalds ( Unhealthy food ). :)
