hullo all; yeps, in HK for a short hol to visit my sis. get away from stuff back home. haha. shopping!  anyone wanna sponsor meeeee???? 
hey DnApeh, the situation isn't so bad really...at least, i haven't seen any sniffly people about. the primary schools are closed for two weeks tho. it strikes mainly kids only; so i presume adults are safe. wld def be more careful around crowds etc tho. (oh, and they've set up the temperature monitors at the airport, too). and idesa. i have to bother abt the market. still got puts from wed. didn't close out all positions today, cos i had to leave by 2 pm. looking forward to 9 am tmrw. will hopefully settle my twins and spending money for myself for the year. *cross fingers, eyes and toes* |

Elf, if you have not find a job yet, you must be on holiday in Hong Kong. You should not be bother about the mkt and enjoy your stay in Hong Kong and come back afresh to start your next journey, right! Tips in HK: Take the train to one stop before the Disneyland and then ask around where is the building that sells all branded stuff at factories price. I think it's an experience of real cheap buy if you visit there. Take great care while you are in HK as there is a possibility of a outbreak of influenza that took 2 lives recently. |

Francis, yah, ho say already. Made enuf for today and yesterday's little gain. Can't complain much lah. SGX got beaten like that, I doubt the rebound tomorrow and Monday will be much, if there is a rebound. I am prepare to see green in my account...hehehe!!!...DOW Futures now 3 digit red, another bloodbath tomight. I think the Banana King (Bernanke) is squeezing his balls now, throwing good mmoney (US$200 billion) into the mkt and see only 1 day of rally, and after that the story of inflation and recession comes back to play agin, this time even stronger as the mkt see it as recession is deep this time even US$200 billion cannot do anything....PEOPLE, A GENTLE REMINDER, KEEP GOLD AND CASH (not US dollars, RmB is OK) NOW! |

I have just come home and wow, saw the mkt drop until all legs soft liao. SGX no eye see. I shorted and came out at 7.05, now trade 6.67, big discount man! I should have left my shorting and do the naked short again...lol! Joking, try once is enuf. Anyway, my accidental naked short go hope already when buy back on Monday. For those longing the mkt, I am sorry about that. I am into only GOLD now, no stock. Cannot beat the mkt this period, cut all holding (including my favourite SPC)and transfer to GOLD and wait for the US recession. Those who had taken Elf advise (I did), not to get into the mkt should be ok now. |

yep iPunter-AK_Francis...many shortists will be having good dinner tonight from reaping this massive gain..its actually very very tempting to go in and buy SGX because it looks so cheap...still remember those days it spurred to $17 just few months back in Oct...now its like 3 times off lor...as tempting as it may be...SGX might go lower than what many expect it to be ...cheap can go cheaper...darnz...better be discipline and not touch this counter |

Ha, congrate for those who shorted early this morning and buy back before close. Tomorrow SGX gonna another bad day as it is going to announce its Qtr result. Not sure when it going to announce. See how DJ perform tonite. Cheers. |

It had reached my target of 7.05. So I exited liao. I need to bring my son out since it's a school holiday, dun wish to have him feeling bored seeing daddy gamble at the computer...hehehe! Yes, sub $7 is possible, but I learnt my lesson already, target met, chao liao! Cheers, you guys enjoy the shorting, my comrades...without Nicky leh!!! |
