Personally it is still a bear market. sell into strength. i can sense players are switching towards mid caps play now. that probably signal somekind of potential market drop soon. would sell now. as the only good news the market can really is QE3 and also common EU bond to save PIIGS. SELL SELL SELL |

If shorting is banned in one place, that will send people to go and short in other places... And that is bad for other markets. Then when the ban is lifted, people will short like the hungry ghosts...

Although short selling is ban in Europe, shortist can always go and short down the US Financials or the Euro Financials (ADR) listed there. Please correct me if I am wrong. :p

Share dropped because Germany GDP dropped to 0.1 from expected 1.3 at about 2pm singapore time hence the sudden sell off. If at 1400 GMT, germany and france agree on formation of a euro common bond, share will rebound. I do not think there will be anothjer sell off. Remember short selling is still banned in Europe at this moment. If share dropp just buy lor, Rise then sell again. |

Fear is actually a good thing... If one foresees the market can still go lower, any funds manager will be smart to sell... Which funds manager will be imprudent enough to do the opposite? But of course funds managers can also argue with other funds managers...... |

In solid good times like before, it is okay to buy and hold with confidence. But these days, all economies are already very " koyak" and precarious... It needs only a bit of bad news ,and it will drop like sheet again.. It's very hard to make tons of money these days... |

Now is not about FA or TA or AA. Is about fear, panic, afraid and mental stress. Those investor mosty already out or kanna lock up, now mosty trader or short term player inside. So the market now is like, sell, sell sell. Up a bit anything bad come sell, see red sell, see ghost sell, just anyhow sell. TA is good in some times, but during another some times is just dont work. All action faster than your screen/TA before u can figure out what TA is telling. Left is always so late and Right is always a bet. Now, is the times in most of the times if u guess it right.

I already take profit liao, now i want to see movies with U too :) What show??? The fall of the lau sai nations??? Wish those knows what i means, dont think of buy and die in this rotten times. (Trade V low in buying but V high in selling, like that how to stable?) If U want buy and die, play small small, risk less less and play safe safe :) Cheers!

In the current markets, only TA can really help you earn money.....Many FA will not agree with me due to many reasons like ego, arrogant, ignorant.... But you need to inteprete the charts correctly to be the outstanding 5%... | ||||

Did you guys make a quick buck buying into the Oil related counters this morning. Counters like Ramba, Ezra... getting a huge pop this morning. The reason I recommend this is simple. Look at the US market... Oil related stocks are moving up fast since 8/9 reversal in line with the price of Oil. Counters like Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes has made a tremendous rally since 8/9 but the oil related counters traded in SGX in fact was trading down or flat mostly during last Thursday and Friday.
