I managed to get in at 0.1cents for 200lots ! but sold it too fast at 0.105cents ! 
Congratulation to those who are still vested below 0.1cents ! Got money must increase the sales of GSS to boost up the sales income of all retailers ! NExt month must look at stocks related to retails liao ! |

Short term should be around 0.12+/- unless some BB think its worth to play with. But in long run... It should be near to it origin. |

From my previous, experience with global active is if really the counter is delise from the SGX, you can still hold the share which is issue by the company, you will still be post with annual report and general meeting, as previously I reject the offer from Osim when they are taking over global active. |

To me, the 0.015 General Offer (G.O.) is no brainer. simply ignore it. on one hand, it seems like the company had acquired above certain percentage of shares and it MUST make a G.O. by the exchange law. on the other hand, it doesn't really intend to buy it from the minor share holders and that's why the low price of 0.015 was being offered. if ALL minor share holders do not give in to the 0.015, the major share holders will have no choice but to buy it from the open market if they really intend to take Jade private... not sure if this makes sense to anyone at all, some gurus comments may be? |

based on the recent circular distributed to the shareholders: 1. shareholders who take a short term view of their investment in the company and/or who wish to realise their investment in the company and/or who are not confident of the prospects of the group should consider selling their shares in the open market if they are able to obtain a price higher than the offer price of $0.015 per share, failing which they should accept the offer in respect of their investment in the shares 2. on the other hand, shareholders who are prepared to take a long term view of their investment in the company and/or who are positive about the prospects of the group under the direction of the offeror should reject the offer and retain all or part of their shareholdings in the company it's your call to sell /hold. |
