x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Can see that the market is very weak today. I'm also open quite a few short positions today. Shorted... Yangzijiang, CoscoCorp, NOL, KepCorp, Ezra, GLP, and SembMar. I can still short more, but reserving some bullets for next week.

Such a big policy shift would only come at a formal Federal Open Market Committee meeting and not in a speech, he said.
