If U lucky to find a good wise mentor, U will skip through all those shit and bloody hell. If U willing to listen to your mentor, U will learn all his 20 years+ market exprience in less than 2 years. If U willing to follow your mentor path to wisdom, U will be the master of yourself. Not many is that lucky, so thats why 95% of market always kanna rape hard. When my son grow up, when the right times come, i will impart all my lifelong strategic market skill to him. And wish he know, thats his father had prepared so much arts and valuable knoweldge for him. But i wont tell thats his father is warrenbegger(Xsuper censoredX). LOL! He will never know, When times come, it also time for me to leave this forum. To fully focus on him, thats what i can do as a good father. Cheers for all father in the world. My goal- Fully gear up warrenbaby by the age of 10. I believe i can do thats, and he will play all my acc that i entrust. Dont worry, my teaching is stressless, he will be happy :)

Most likely 930am to 1100am is some BBs covering shorts. Late afternoon might have some short covering as well. Then there will be a third round of shorting towards the closing...

Strong bank like, Deutsche Bank will be early benefiter, others include (Swiss) UBS, Credit Suisse In others word, structural reform, bank restructure is coming...to weak Euro banks. ONLY way for Euro bank to survive.

I have observes that > 900am to 930am : Most of the time after an opening gap down, many people panic and caused further sell-off to a pivot low. 930am to 1100am : Some heroes will come and buy up the price. 1100am to 1200am : I will put in a shorts entry if the price retraced back to the opening gap down. After Lunch : Wait for price to start 2nd round sell-off when Hang Seng starts afternoon session and Europe starts trading. It works 75% of the time. p

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock-index futures on Monday fell along with European shares, hit by a report late last week showing flat hiring by U.S. companies in August and on renewed worries about Europe's debt crisis. With the U.S. stock market closed for the Labor Day holiday, the September futures contract for the Dow Jones Industrial Average /quotes/zigman/1785993 DJ1U -2.00% declined 225 points at 10,983. Futures for the Standard & Poor's 500 /quotes/zigman/1277190 SP1U -2.16% declined 25.5 points to 1,143.80. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 /quotes/zigman/876546 ND1U -2.18% fell 46.50 points to 2,118.25. Very true. When it bounced up, that scared people off... I believe I was in that position too. Waiting until 16.59 then decided to short KepCorp, unfortunately the market is closed. Oh well, will have to wait for a little rebound tomorrow to look for good entry point.

correction.. very unlikely the newbies would short late today cause it bounced up.. newbies most likely would short at one of the lowest points today.. (but they should be still earning tmr)

Wah Piang, what happen to German DAX? It seems like a total chaos there. Strongest country in Euro-zone taking the lead in bungee jumping. I just took a nap and it went down further to -5.50%. Tomorrow must watch how China SSEC reacts. Looking forward to PAP giving out Economic Restructuring Shares soon. :p |

You are perfectly right in saying that everyone needs to pay the price for gaining experience in the stock market. The biggest advantage one gets in the stock market journey is the knowledge one gains about oneself (ie. self-knowledge). But unfortunately, there are too many who do not look at it from that perspective, but who instead, hold a staunchly-held view of wanting to get even with the stock market. And more unfortunately, that view can be held for a whole life-time. The end result is often bigger and bigger losses in time, without benefits (profits)...
