i agree wif u,senior.....better to stay away for a while...finally managed to get rid of spc today...bought at 6.2 couple of weeks ago...then it started shooting down...wonder y the sudden surge in price today...lucky managed to kill at 6.4 after seeing the big fish swim in...wonder if those ppl bought at 6.2, 6.25 know wat they r buying today.... |

CKS... I have never had any doubts of SPC fundamentally. Infact, I still see SPC is the champion stock to hold in STI, although there are a few now since the 'crash'. I am out of SPC was bcos the mkt sentiment was extremely bad that time, and to be honest, I still feel uncertainty now. No doubts the Fed had cut 50 basis point which will give reason/s for the mkt to rally on Monday. Could this be technical rebound or the ship really turns now, nobody can answer that. The brave one will go in now, and the unceratin ones will be at sideline, only profit later when there is a real certainty of trend reversal (of course smaller profit). I think I belong to the latter, as I philosophy in investment is - a smaller profit is fine, as far as it is a profit, not loss....I had mentioned in my previous posts, I was a little extreme on stock mkt lately that I think I will be out for a while before deciding where to plant my fund (my fund not big amount lah, I small player, but THE BIG PLAYER is still not contented with 4 figures profit, to each his own I would say). You take care, and trade cautiously, you have my blessing, my friend! |

idesa168, given the discount rate of 50 points by the Fed, and the ensuing rebound in Dow, Europe... i think now rationally should return to claim its place in the market for Singapore stocks on Monday... so do consider now the SPC fundamentals, they will prevail.. personally, I bought some more shares at 5.25 yesterday, and I am sitting pretty... having the option to sell or hold (at 5.95)... not like other ppl who still screaming for the share to drop further so that "they can buy".... |

wow idesa168, u r rich to have a garden to dig, hahaha.. but be careful on rules. if u find oil, it does not belong to you.. so may be do not spend the money to dig, rather spend to buy shares at a discounts.. a lot of discount now .. |

i still dont know why u all so afraid that i talk down SPC. with SPC at lows, you get a piece of a solid company at a good price, u let it hang at $5.50-$6.00, wanna accumulate also cannot. i took $15,000 profit from SPC also feel miserable as i sold at $5.80 and not $6.80, some ppl make kopi $ only so happy liao. sad. |
