Striking jackjot is tough... Once you got it, you must grab and leave... or else you will pay back.... STI and HSI will not be following DOW closely for the next few years.... We will see STI turning red later.... I think most here do not know we are at the point of been play out by foreign fund soon.... I can only say run when you still can run....hmmm....

This is very different form the 2008 financial crisis.It was due to collapse of a few major banks .

3 Months ago you kinda see coporate side doing well vs govt trying to cut their spending

now coporate side is affected thats pretty contagion already.

In 2008

Govt had money to spend to encourage economy interest rates are decent .Now cut until near 0 thats horrible

many of them have budgeted themselves into reduce spending. is that good for the economy. No when u expect more and more growth each year.

One sight that is overlook is the aging populations of the developed world and the soon to be developing world.

The real crisis is a crisis when you cannot implement enough solutions to get out of it fast enough.

QE 1 QE 2 already implemented . the economy is a mess still. its all about mentality we got use to a generation of increasing affluence.

The Bright side

In the short term theres upside in equities due to policy making.

Option 1 .

Greece out the Euro

Thats good for the economy as a whole.you dont throw good money after bad .stocks may rise due to less contagion effect

Option 2

Greece still pulling down if vote is stay in euro

Stocks will still rise as previous measures stay implemented

Option 3

More and more sucky news come out bad index etc

then stocks will still rise as article keep saying more room for easing

Option 4

Good news come out

=less room for easing but stocks will rise naturally as fears of economy to recession is lessen.

THINK ABOUT IT

ANYTHING THAT Comes out of news be it bad or good will lead to a rise in Europe or US markets. Now fall is due to correction .Nothing else

at the current index prices. it is an inflexion point from my viewpoint. HSI was 24k and 16k now its in the middle. while STI was 3300 and 2500 .its also somewhere near the middle . The best thing to do sometimes is to get out of the market and only buy when theres good news.Remember the STI index will not just shoot up in the morning. It normally goes like from 10 to +100 .So see the trend .Its never late and protect your capital.Once your are out its gameover.

My stand, its going to be a in a wide trading band range for a while.

I have never worry on my own trade.... Always sleep so well especially with open short position... I am only worry about those who long..... Ben already told us the direction....

We are at the right shoulder for DOW @ 12,000.

If it reverse from here, look for neckline to be next support @ 11,700.

If it continue to rally up, look for double top to be next resistance @ 12,250

In any case, market will only fall drastically if neckline of H& S breaks in my opinion.

Dun't need to worry too much now, wait for confirmation and act accordingly tomorrow.

I was about to post the same sideline thing as U when i notice U also wrote liao.

This week all market upsidedown, anyhow green anyhow red, anyhow news like anyhow write one.

Tell me who's going to win this! Is the market! Not U! In the end U will still be licking your wound inside the toilet for nothing.

Be a wise man, not a gambler! One of my friend kanna play out big times this week for not listening to me, he said chance comes liao, then today call me said want to quit stock liao, LOL!

He go long see red cut, go short see green cover backside. Then suddenly good news go chase kanna play out, suddenly said want default go cut lost in the morning and afternoon bang head all the way for reverse green. Want to get even go whack hot stock again and U guess what, Ha ha ha. Bang head again lor. He lost 9k+ this week for nothing! Serve him right and kanna F**K by me too.

I wonder who can be so zhun play this kind of super siao lost control market? Can tell me who so super so i can also learn from him :)

I not super so i stay sideline with 100% CASH! When times comes, see who make the last laugh :)

Just to bring up this strategy (which I believe no one notice) I posted this week
I believe many who traded this week kana played big time,
mondayand tuesday those shorted earlier win.
wednesday, those long intra day win
however there are some who believe SHORT long term.. and LONG long term.... have lots of pent up fustrations.
That's why I have put my strategy to sideline..

Btw, Its ok if you want to critic and comment on my posts, but when you use personal insults such as name-calling (e.g. dog, cat names), it goes to show what kind of person you are. If you are LoOking to vent fustratioNs, there are always other avenues to Go.
