China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings Ltd. said it will be successfully dual listed on the KRX Kospi Market on 25 January 2011. As part of its dual listing, the Company will issue 30 million KDRs at an issue price of KRW7000 per KDR (S$8.11). Each KDR is equivalent to 20 new shares of the Company, which translates to an issue price of approximately S$0.405 per share. I suggest don't cut loss 1st. I do believe will back to 0.445 at least before listing else how they convince Korea investors about 8.7% discount? if share price reach 0.445 you can decide to cut loss.
