Govt measure is just a " wayai" to please voters. If they really want to cool, lower now the land prices , increased downpaymment, and built more HDB than private properties. In that case, prices will sure drop to its kneel. But yr house also affected. This will cause even more " anger" ,,,,even the min isters house also drop. Now their salaries also going to drop, do u think they want their jouse price gto drop??? ask yrself.. if the hoiuse getting cheaper, the chinses and the arab will rush in and buy all available units with their fat cash....stupid ah wah... yr theory is out-dated...look wider the picture

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	ah wah , u eyesight got problem . i bought 100 at 2,90 not 500....trading today will have a " fear" cos funds are picking... cask yr remisier for confimation. u can choose not to believe me... funds are accumulating since it is at 3.30 level. they also not god- as they themselves could not predict the furture, so buying and hold is the best strategy. So long as the FA is fine and profit is stable. i see no point to buy this stock.... we buy for value. u trade for opportunity...thats our difference...don be affect by what i say... if u are easily ,moved by my information, then u are a lousy traders...as i never " moved" by yr thoughts as i belived my ways of investing...i invest for future,.u invest in now and tomorow...
