In bullish times. TA is not really accurate coz the whole market will affect the movement of counters.. just look out for STI and DOW divergences is more weigtage and impt. divergence in UIC also is impt but of secondary impt. just my thoughts |

The candlestick for yesterday is a reversal upwards signal and today (sofar) cnadlestick seems to confirm the uptrend. singaporegal, what do your other TA kinetics show? |

agree with shplayer too. still vested. UIC may face some downturn in short term but the overall pic is intact, spore lack office space in the future 5 yrs or so.. there are many residential units being build but hardly any office space in the prime area. see my point?.... just sharing a glimpse of my thoughts.. in fact i am aiming the cdl reit |

cng444, I don't have target price. Actually, TA and FA has similiarities. TA practioners read charts to determine trends. When charts show an up trend, they buy; and sell when there is a downtrend. With FA, we determine trends with company's financials, related industry and quality of management. When these indicate an upward trend, we buy and we sell when trends are downwards. Probably the difference between FA and TA is the time span. TA time span is almost instanteneous......but FA is somewhat longer. Considering the FA indicators for UIC, I feel that the office space supply/demand in the prime areas are still strong. Residential property sales is just beginning its up trend. There is the enblock potential of UIC building. Finally, there is the potential fight for control by the 2 major shareholders....WCY and JG. |
