x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Digiland has comeout with this  RENOUNCEABLE NON-UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE (1) PROPOSED RENOUNCEABLE NON-UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 20,462,392,234 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY (“RIGHTS SHARES”) AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF S$0.001 FOR EACH RIGHTS SHARE ON THE BASIS OF TWO RIGHTS SHARES FOR EVERY ONE EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY (“SHARE”) HELD BY SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY AS AT THE BOOKS CLOSURE DATE (AS DEFINED HEREIN) (“RIGHTS ISSUE”) AND (2) PROPOSED WHITEWASH RESOLUTION FOR THE WAIVER OF THE RIGHTS OF THE INDEPENDENT SHAREHOLDERS (AS DEFINED HEREIN) TO RECEIVE A MANDATORY OFFER FOR THE COMPANY FROM THE CONCERT PARTY GROUP (AS DEFINED HEREIN) AND ITS CONCERT PARTIES AS A RESULT OF ITS ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN THE COMPANY PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS ISSUE i hold 500000 shares for this . Now Digiland is trading CUM RIGHTS does this mean i need to fork out 1000 SGD to buy my rights of 1000000 at market price   ...or sell 1000000 shares before nov 16  if i don't want to buy the rights ?
