On Thursday, SembMar closed at $3.92 with LOW volume of 2.06 million shares traded. Three black candles occurred in the last three days. Although these candles were not big enough to create three black crows, the steady downward pattern is bearish. Both RSI & MACD are bullish as RSI remain trend upwards. Important Resistance of SembMar: $4 Immediate Support of SembMar: $3.80 Currently prices are supported by the 20/50/200 days MA while resisted by 100 days MA. As mentioned in our last analysis report for SembMar on 23/Aug that 200 days MA has been supporting the prices since Feb 2010. Although SembMar seems to have issues breaking the $4 resistance, but we will maintain our bullishness on this counter till rising trend line is broken or prices dropping below the 200 days MA. SEE ANALYSIS FOR STRAITSASIA (WATCH FOR BREAKOUT) Prices at $3.80 will continue to serve as a good support for SembMar. |

Technically, 392 cents closing would be ideally intact for uptrend. Dow looks positive tonite on closing. Same goes to oil price. Tgt 7500 cents . |

Heavily depends on repair and conversion buisness as Brazil yard still not ready and market for deep water rigs are down since deep water Horizon accident in gulg of Mexico. This counter is likely to be weak. |

Hi Alex, just now prime minister say in national day rally semb corp, kepple corp, and their marines very very good. give their staff 9 months bonus last year. now helping BP at the oil spill in usa. they made 70% of the world no know what platform. so does this means their share price going to jump soon?? thank you. |

Accumulation/Distribution determines if the Big Institutions are Buying or Selling the stock. Whereas, OBV measures momentum of Buying and Selling of the stock. Ideally, you want both to goes up. In SembMar case, it means that momentum of Buying SembMar stock is increasing, but the Buying is not done by Big Institutions and rather by the Retail Buyers.

Can anyone explain the difference between accumulation/distribution chart and on-balance volume chart. In sembMar case, the OBV seems to run in tandem with the price while acc/dist seems to move south wrt price. |

Today is Good Day to Buy SembMar. Trading at $3.86. 1. Price is slowly moving to MA30, moving towards Bullish territory. 2. In an Uptrend Channel, with support at $3.80 and potential high of $4.10. 3. MACD Lines about to cross and move up. In the mist of reversal. 4. Stochastic also moving up and leaving the oversold region. 5. Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow for QoQ and YoY are pretty good and increasing. 6. Directors are slowly buying up the company's shares, shows their confidence in the company's future. This is my personal analysis, you invest at your own risk. Good luck to all. |
