x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i agreed .. as a trader, u have to cut cost and exit when u find is time to take profit.  in order to be a long investor, must really prepared to hold. but of course, in between also can " sell" some, and buy buy if price considate...but now, seems weakness- maybe from today new-- imagine 800 psf for BTU at tampiness...may scare the minister , for wanting to do more for cooling ...so expect more downpayment soon... and interest rates up...but luckily, CPL has fewer portfolio in singapore...i think next yr might be a better chance...one yr up, one yr down....and one yr up again...
