I have substantial 5 digit loss but i realized now that mainly i was too affected and threw down quickly when it slide. recently i am abit more controlled and less swayed easily and riding out the days instead of impulsive selling. that really helps and of course, having using shifus like bro jj, stockcham etc really helped.
