x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Your have the point Teeth53.  Employees are the lifeline of business.  Once you treat them well, they will protect your interests and be very loyal to the company and work towards company's interests as it is their ricebowl. As for improving performance of the company, there should be conducted inhouse regular courses to teach, revise and learn methodology of good business conducts and techniques and awareness of mortallity control.  Workers who pass tests and put their learnings to practice should be well looked after, not necessarily monetary rewards because human beings are more flattered in their ability than in financial rewards.
