we got all sort of trader here, got one say he shorted using CFD...and leave it open..fr 80c he short till nw...1.30...he did not cloesd the position , i think he will have to join chrysler to file for chpter 11!!! what i post is what i have read, not make up story, u all can refer to their post...if necessary i can copy their post and paste here... |

To incur a brokerage fee of 5k, you got to buy and trade 2000 lots at an average px of $1000 per lot..i.e $1 per share px..( since he say have been buying at 0.85 to 1.3 nw)..so i take $1 average price for easy calculation.. He say he make $10000...so $10000 divided by 2000 lot...he make $5 per lot..i.e. 0.5%..excluding misc fee.. if include misc fee.....he loss money, how he say he make money, that is why i am puzzle..i believe u guy have been trading , so it is easy to see, he is telling a lied!!!! or maybe i am learning , u ppl tell me..there is a way... i think this post is clearer than the early one... |

a few k in brokerage fee (u say a couple of thousand in brokerage fee) u got trade at least some 2 million shares...base on an ave px of say 1 dollar...( u say have been buying fr.85c to nw 1.3) and to trade 2000 lots and make 10k..it does note make sense at all..1 lot make $5...that is $5 outof $1000 per lot...work out to 0.5% i have yet to include misc fee..if include that you lose $$$, no way u can make money... how can u say u profit...can u share with us???how do u make 10K!!! pls enlighten us...that why i said u are one hell of a bull eye guy... ppl here read , pls make calcution yourself...and let me know whether i am right???u all have been buying share right,,, how to bullshit u all??? But maybe, he is an exception,,,but i dont thk so...

I sold half at 1.37 today...cows are coming home! Really didn't want to offload but I cannot take it anymore - everyone is screaming at me to SELL. I will hold the rest and wait for an even better tomorrow...keep it up guys, this is a once in a blue moon opportunity. |

I don't quite like double talk to get a win win situation, but I do agree that SAR can do well next week. Tomorrow could breach the 1.50 mark whether DOW up or down because this counter has to chase up with many counters e.g noble. | ||||

yes, u are right, he tok i listen, but again, he was right on several counter, and further more it is casino money,, so i speculate..lose ok..
but as again , he was right mostly, or maybe i was lucky, but he was a real FM...but as again, if base on his fund alone, i dont thk he can push a counter far...common sense.
if take more than a single fund to push a counter...really...but he really told me more fund is going to go into the market soon..
it could be, becos market go up, and fund cannot just sit ard, and they have to answer to fund holder , right???..and their income depend on fund performance also...
but i believe ppl here nw all make $$$, so can bet lah...dont worry..wait rally gone , got to wait a long time..
I forsee grester and bigger problem ahead...thank you fr reminder.
OK, we just see SAR, whenther it touch or close ard 1.9 next wk....see whether he is for real...

my friend said if everything fine , not earthquake fr Wall st, then this will be close to ard 1.9 to 2 late next week..but really it is questionable, ..an increase of 40%!!!.is hard to believe. but as again, i got the info to buy fr him before lucnch today, and true enought this one come alive all of a sudden..i believe him...but there are no sure thing,but we see to it, see whether 1.9 will come bext wk...then in future i can trust him....DYODD. dont buy too much and greedy... make $ is happy enough.

Oops. OOps.Yesterday I did not notice it was going to be XD today. But sold at 1.32 and should like to pick up 1 to 3 cents off again. You see this way makes the broker happy rich. But as I said before, it insures you against stuck with no selling. Hope you agree. But it is alright if you disagree. Cheers. |

To each his own style. Truly, I have buying from ard 85 cents and sold along the way for some good profits. Once it corrected 1 to 3 cents from my sale, I would be looking at the buy again. It had been like that up to 1.32 cents. All in, probably made $10K from this guy. Yah my broker could have made quite a bit, probably a couple of thousands in brokerage for this counter alone. But if I hold, all the way could have made slightly a little more. Cheers.

This should be a good stock to accumulate and keep, rather than snake and ladder, $1.5 is not a problem according to some, considering the fundamentals and the lack of freely traded shares. I am a buyer.. |

aiyoyo...why u dont post earlier, i sold some at 1.23..the other half..today at 1.27..no more left. never mind i thanks you for the info, i will wait for opp. to go back in again, but right nw ..i am up to the nose.. i normally put all my $ into some 6 to 7 counter only, so anytime want to run , easier... i believe those of you who miss this rally, still got a chance to see a lower low...and buy cheaper px..not to worry of opp. miss. nw i only long gold and silver stock, for which i am very proud of..some i bought 1 to 2 buck in 2000, nw worth many time over..i am still buying, but nw more on silver.. right nw, silver is outperforming gold...if we reach mania stage...this one will sprint faster than any other precious metal...i suggest buy some.

Richard Ong Stands Down from SRL Board
ANNOUNCEMENT BY STRAITS RESOURCES LIMITED ON
THE AUSTRALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
The attached announcement was released to the Australian Stock Exchange by Straits
Resources Limited (ASX: SRL). SRL held an interest in 47.1% of the shares of Straits
Asia Resources Limited (Straits Asia) through a subsidiary but sold control of the
subsidiary on 28 April 2009.
The announcement, inter alia, explains that Mr Richard Ong Chui Chat,
That means left 100%-47.1%=52.9% of issued capital 1,092.837mil ie =578mil and if U exclude shares held by institutions free float very little only...pushing to $2-$3 shouldn't be problem..I recall in 2006-2007 when it was trading at ab $1.20 I bought too and witih less than a year it shot up to $4.This stock definitely has potential..good to accumulate when it goes ex dividend on 7May ...buy around $1.20 should be safe
