Rumours is that they are going to announce the results of the tender for the UIC Building enblock after close of trade as soon as today. That is the reason for the sudden surge in price today. |

Hi shplayer, since UIC is quite strange that the wave 4 seems to non-existence, I suggest that you may want to understand the pattern of waves that I have posted in the STI thread. |

WCY accumulated substantial UIC shares in May 06 during the selldown.I believe the man is in action again.The px will move upward with high volumn.It's not the time to sell yet.Cheers. |

4th wave suppose to be a dip and 5th wave is upward movement.3rd wave has been moving up without any clear sign of 4th wave dip. Strange phenomenon---may due to extreme bullishness in this counter that 4th wave has been over-rode! |

The end of the last bear was around end Sept 2002, half a year earlier than most counters. Will UIC leads the other counter by 6 mths ? Only the 1st 3 waves are clearly defined. 4th & 5th wave no way in sight! |

It has crossed the upper bollinger band and its Acc/Dist and Chaikin are uptrending. A good sign of a healthy uptrend. |

The 8 Feb dateline was the close of 'Expression of Interest' (EOI) from interested parties. Its not a tender offer. Think the next step is to issue a tender offer document to the interested parties with, perhaps, a reserve price.........the timing and details of which are still not available. However, I thought at least, UIC would have issued a statement on the response received for the 'EOI'. |

Last year UIC announced FY2005 on 24 Feb 2006....last Friday of Feb. Believe they will announce FY 2006 tomo, 23 Feb.....which is the last Fri of Feb. |
