After breaking out from the 40 cents high, prices slipped back to consolidate at the immediate support 37.5 cents before another breakout occurred, this time breaching the high of 43.5 cents. Prices then slipped back, breaching this resistance turned support and tested the previous high of 40 cents (new support) and this held in a morning star like reversal formation. Prices have since broken above 43.5 cents and are consolidating around this level. Supports: 43.5 cents, 41 cents (uptrend channel support), 40 cents (also EMA 50), 37.5 cents Resistances: 45.5 cents (support turned resistance), 48 cents (all-time high), 50 cents (current uptrend channel resistance) ..........continued at my blog |

Extracted from my blog http://kelongstocks.blogspot.com Please "support" my blog, thanks :) [B]Fundamental Analysis[/B] Share placement of 29m shares at 35.5 cents each, the bulk of which will be used to acquire more offshore support vessels. Swissco has 19 vessels, of which 14 vessels were commissioned in 2005. Full year contributions from these 14 vessels would be recognised in FY2006. Swissco expects to take delivery of another 8 vessels for FY2006 and 2 vessels in FY2007. Full year net profit for 2006 is expected to decline from a year ago due to reduced divestment gains (old vessels). Assuming conservatively that there is no divestment gains (non-recurring in nature anyway), net profit is expected to decline to around $6m from $12.5m last year. ..........continued at my blog |
