For all we know, there might be more than one BB and there wasn't any massive sell down or massive shoot down yet. Then where does all the millions of shares gone to when they were snap up before the RTO announment? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	prior the the stock suspension on 15 Apr 13,  Contel price is pushed down to 0.081cts and a week from now, the price went back to 0.089 after hitting high of 0.104cts. accumulation has being ongoing since Wednesday afternoon...wonder where it will go next week....
