x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	As  one of the conditions in  Frencken's takeover of Juken, the two directors and one substantial shareholder  MUST accept the share exchange (instead of cash) up to a minimum of 27.6 million Frencken shares. The cap on the issue of new Frencken shares for the share exchange is 27.7m.  This simply means that the new shares are already fully taken up by the undertaking Juken shareholders/directors.  Of course, it make no sense for the other shareholders to accept the share exchange instead of accepting cash.  And becos the new Frencken shares are already fully taken up by Juken directors, there is no reason to " boost up" the stock price to make it any more attractive for the other shareholders to accept the share exchange. The Juken directors has agreed to accept the Frencken shares despite the market price disadvantage.  Perhaps one can infer that they also feel that Frencken share is grossly undervalued. Frencken has 14 market days from the announcement date to officially launch the GO for Juken shares.  By then, we have the exact timeline for acceptance.
