x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	0306 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: RBS upgrades Golden Agri-Resources (E5H.SG) to Buy from Hold, raises target price to S$0.60 from S$0.50, ups estimates on expectation of higher crude palm oil prices. Expects CPO prices to get boost from El Nino weather effect, which tends to depress production. Raises FY10, FY11 net profit forecasts by 12.9%, 23%, respectively. Says shares look inexpensive vs peers, trading on lowest PEG ratio in sector. Adds company's balance sheet looks under-leveraged following recent rights, warrants issue, gives it capacity to buy plantation assets should opportunity arise. Shares +2.1% at S$0.49 vs STI +1.4%.
