Commence trading at 0900hrs 2 Sep 09. Today is d balloting day, should over subscription was encountered. U should know your IPO app status by 1900hrs, if u r applying online. As for ATM u may check d amount of ESA return amount to deduce how many lot u have been alloted. Ha ha, if u got it, of course , u can Q now, 10 bid higher, to sell. But base on d previous IPO record, wait for d px once market open loh. Wake up early ah.

And if we compare with other S-Chips, they are now mostly at PE 5 or 6 or even higher. And it seems they continue to go up. In the past, when S-chips really move, they go to PE 10 or higher. |

But to continue of my exploration of the prospectus, I think who stay in what type of housing is none of our business and nothing related to an IPO. I just curious and kapo only. Take a look at the directors and boards. This are the people who diluted their shares to the market. One thing I am curious, the MD of Koon Holdings, (a listed co.), why is he staying in HDB estates ? I cannot understand. Sorry, a mistake, the revenues is over RM500million, after taxes and expenditure, the profit is around RM111million divide 5 (estimated) = S$20million profits. The total share floating is 390,000,000. Thus is share is worth around a share of S$0.05 cents. I hope I count calculated correctly. All estimated. Good Luck. | ||||

This, I am not sure, but the China furniture maker has a turnover of 20million is just testing market. I think is worth considering. |

After studying the IPO prospectus and some market survey, I think the market of this range of furniture is in Italy and europe. It is a bit different from other traditional manufacturer. Their market is niche, so this is a share worth taking a 2nd look. If anyone lucky to got the share, observe and see their vsion as a future of investment. I would suggest hold on and see. If you did not got the share allocation, then buy from open market, but don't buy 1st day, wait for the dust to settle then buy. Good Luck to all. Make $$$. | ||||

Generally, any pre IPO, it will be published in news paper or SGX web side for attention. And the 3 local banks would be d participating banks, as their ATM r easily accessible in any corner in d mainland, including Sentosa, and Tekong, Ubin no have. Form submission to CDP is tedious, not viable. As for online application quite rare, last seen was PEC at DBS, but online chances to get it is great n allotment ratio good. Other bau chiat IPO application is approaching closed frds or relatives who r the employees of the IPO's coy, to share piece of cake on d free or discounted Employee Allotment of Share. Of course, u hv to pay higher premium, basing on currently IPO's listing gain ratio market rate. Lagi best, take all the share if they dun want to subscribe the discounted one, and pay them kopi $ in return. Ha ha, above r AK crazy idea only lah. Cheers. |
