Actually that's not true. Margin is not dangerous. Its the way people over-extend themselves that is dangerous. I play margin but make sure not to bite off more than I can chew. I never had a margin call before.

Yah, invs in shopping malls, though its 1H09 suffers NLAT of 166.569m, owing invs ppty fell. Got potential, in long run. Ha ha Lot 1 n Bkt Panjang Plaza r near my place.

Brother, looking at today's top gainers, not many choices for your 10k's marketing loh. As for top vol page, many "3 lulians for $10 type" of stocks for selection. After seeing sifus talking about d cheap, good n potential counter, digest them again and doing research, your choice liao. Cheers.
