a portfolia of blue-chip with good annual dividends. eg. Singtel/MI, Keppelcorp, SPH, DBS/UOB, City Development/Capital Land, SIA, - use partial , keep enough cash (1-2yrs) for rainy day so that you can depend on dividends as pocket money.. |

How about landbanking , it is like investing in FD in bank but yield 15-25 % avg per annum. the risk is time and maybe foreign exchange rates . |

Hi all, my dad was retire with some money, any good idea for investment ? Invest in bank FD is too low interest, and invest in share, is high risks for him... Any good suggestion for any counter that can make in feel "comfortable" with his investment....thanks |
