NOTICE FOR THE LISTING AND QUOTATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED SHARES

All capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the same meanings given to them in

the circular to Shareholders dated 7 January 2011 (the “Circular”).

The Board of Directors of Sapphire Corporation Limited (the “

NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members and Transfer Books of the

Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 25 February 2011 (the “
