Do your own TA. and F.A b4 buying and selling the stock,the risks are yours to bear,same as any profits u made,Anyone can post anything but it is Mr Market to decide the price movement,many here are so naive to think that what we post here cxan move market prices-fat hopes-forum is just a sharing views only..should u made $$$..good..shd u lose $$$,u hve yourself to blame..but the loser always want to blame the T.S

Today no volume at all. Interesting. But I know this counter worth keeping. I vested at 1.37 for small lots keep for retirement. S/T no way to reach 2,3,4 dollar. Don't be over optimistic. 10 years later.....maybe. Just kidding. Only God knows.

Strange.Promoters shouting 2,3,4 dollar before result.Now result was below expectation, none bother to post its 2H financial result to update all. Saw promoter revealed in other thread that he had sold half of his holdings even before result was out.Hmm..how to trust ppl like that in the future. |

Auric was formed after Lippo bought into the former Cold Storage PLC which was listed many years ago $3-$5 price range..The current NTA of Auric as at Dec 2012 is S$1.87,PE 10.9..still has upside

Agree partly with interfact.. 1) This is not for institutional players like Capitalland or Keppel when u can go in and out easily as the vol traded is very high.The reason Auric is very illiquid as it is the public as the public float is about 28% and the bulk of the shares are in Lippo Group and related companies-so even should it dropped will not be plunging but slow erosion if the co's fundamentals are deteriorating-The co was like cold storage ,they have the core food business-recession proof and they have made good profits divesting Robinson and an office building at market Street 2) No so called " Superstar" can push up a share price except maybe Li Ka Shing or Warren Buffret should invest in a co-the latter would normally soar.Ms Saw had already proven in DFS and SMRT,she is basically a marketing gal,credit shd go to her for turning all the shops near MRT into cash cows.Of course for the breakdown of SMRT ,she shd be held accountable. 3)Ever since joining on 1 May 2012,she has cut off those risky and streamlined the co-example disposal of Mezzanine loan-of course the co did not incurr any loss but to direct Auric back to its core food business.disposal of Mezzanine loan-of course the co did not incurr any loss but to 3)Look at Kong Guan,see thinly traded suring market crash,dropped to low of $1.50,now back to > $2... Most inpt the co must hve the products and continue to innovate and show expoential growth,u need a capable leader to steer the directions-Ms Saw fits the description for guiding Auric back to its glory days-this stock has not be diluted by rights or bonus issues,at this stage $1.40 is still low PE < 10 unlike other food counters,NAV S$1.87,with cash balances $58mil..buying waybelow NAV 4)There is a lot of sour grapes to flame people especially those in higher positions,so don't point the blame too fast as in the report in " caijin" to fast to oust her but don't give her credit for the cash cow of turning the shops for rental revenue and SMRT hit a high of $2.50 from 70cts during her tenure 5)Yes we even questioned her no analyst coverage..in fact I asked her during the questions and answer period.She not perturbed by the time the analysts start to notice can u get at this price.She even outline the startegy of gettin g the lowest interest rate by getting a syndicate loan from the various bank paying interbank rates-slowly all this materalises,we can see she taking concrete steps to pu Auric back to its heydays 6)There was business times nad EDGE magazine coverage on Auric Pacific-of course all above not an inducement for u to buy but i personallly think the risk is worth-200lots in my cpf now and cash a bit more as i alos load up when she bought at $1.088 and $1.25 recently |

Heard from my remister that this counter is illiquid.In other words the state of a security cannot be easily sold or exchanged for cash without a substantial loss in value because of a lack of ready and willing investors or speculators to purchase the stock.The lack of ready buyers also leads to larger discrepancies between the asking price (from the seller) and the bidding price (from a buyer) than would be found in an orderly market with daily trading activity. Other reasons given include: 1.Never rely on CEO purchase to support the share price.It is one of their KPI to preserve stock price.Look at Noble,Venture,YZJ,Bio-sensor and many other counters,their share price tanked even after million of shares purchased compared to Saw's 57k nia. 2.Many were stucked in the heydays when the price was $2,$3 even $4 when the speculation fever was highest just before the market crashed in 2007.Now a lot of pple are waiting to get out.Past price is not indicative of future price as there are no fundamental/reorg structural changes to the company business.Creative was more than $100 stock before now trading at $2.30 yet hardly any ppl keep harping on its historic price. 3.To me her departure from SMRT to Auric is a demotion.SMRT market cap is $2.18B whereas Auric is only $177.19M.Buisness circle and internet chat room forumners were truly unhappy at what had happened in SMRT under her reign.Can google and find out yrself. 4.The stock is not rated and have no analyst coverage. Just sharing investment thoughts. DYODD.GL.

Agree previously we saw Ms Saw's magic buy before the results..she also said that she wanted to buy more but bound by SGX's rules..no trading of co's shares b4 the announcement of results..has a lot in my cpf and and cash holding..money in the shares liao but of course hope Auric can cross $2 or more
