Pine Agritech's auditor has raised concerned over the group's ability to continue operations due to lack of funds to repay debt. Pine Agritech is still exploring options to pay up to RMB 2.2 bn to pay investors who may opt for early redemption in bond in July. This news may also affect People"s Food, which owns about 37% of Pine Agritech.

Ya, it is more of personal bad experience with S chips. I vested in 3 S chips (CAO, Bio-Treat, Pine-Agri) in the past based on recommendations by local broking houses. The casualty rate is however 100% and their failure is not due to poor business, but poor mgt or lack of good governance. If u were to extrapolate it, it is 100% and they are all S chips. So it does not make sence to take the risk with S chips anymore as far as I am concerned. I know there are money to be made too from S chips, but the risk is higher that is all. For those who have a bigger risk appetite, why not? And I wish them good luck.

Can anyone give an analysis on why this counter went up??? PFood which owns a good stake went up 1.5c too...... Why??? When people were dumping, who is the one feeding in lots to buy?? Why is he doing that??? Could it be someone is trying to push up prices to unload.... But that would not be easy to do..... What could be happening... Please share your views..........
