heard that they will take legal action for the contract cancellation since early aug but till now, there's still no news. For your info, they lost 7million of earning becos of this cancellation EPS from 1.13cents drop to -0.06cent. At the current market price now, they are still good... |

Biz, a ferry n charter svcs , repairs n maint boat bldg coy. Its ferry services foot print covers M East, n partial EU. Those old days its well know in local, for mainland to Tekong, Sentosa etc, esp the bridge fr mainland to Sentosa not built yet. Its 1H10 revenue dropped 19.6% due to drop in revenue fr shipbuilding biz following d completion a pjt, as well as revenue reversal fr termination of shipbuilding contracts. Co registered loss of 22.4mil fr a profit of 1.5mil in 1H 09, mainly attributed to d termination of shipbuilding contracts fr clients. Not active in trading vol, at time, only 50 lts changes hand. But sees 6295 lts done on 1 Sep. Last week, sees 3K lts on 8 n 9 Sep settled. A slow moving counter bt 0.12-0.13 over weeks. |

This is one of the counters I have identified as a multi bagger among others, so far only this one is a great disappointment. It has a long histroy in their business, new management re structure the model to bring it to greater height, healthy balance sheet, etc. Will monitor it further.
