Hold TakeIt Easy Membr....last week married deal at 33cts Oculus sold off its entire contact lens biz to 1 Kare for $5.05mil and in Jul has propose 1 rts for 2 shrs with 1 free warrants to build electric power plants..Co has also obtained $100 mil convertible loan from a US fund..at 32cts is unlikely to lose..> upside expected and downside shd be well supported at 30cts |

need advice here.. vested tdy @ $0.335 & was thinking of contra but price drops after that.. i can pick up the shares.. Should i pick or cut loss? |

Cross 32cts finally and remain > 32cts with high vol of 41mil hittng a high of 34cts.There were married deal at 33cts last week..if U got patient U'll be duly rewarded..when it is traded cum rights will be at least 50cts..just take note..hope everyone make $..> upside expected from here |

Announcements 05 Sep 2007 Clarification Announcement Reference is made to the announcement number 00181 made on 6 July 2007 relating to the notice of a new substantial shareholder's (the "Shareholder") interest. The Board of Directors of Oculus Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has been informed by the Shareholder the announcement is erroneous and has clarified that he is not the beneficial owner of all the 29 million shares held in the name of UOB Kay Hian Nominees Pte Ltd. The Shareholder has clarified that he is the beneficial owner of only part of the said 29 million shares and his interests in such portion amounts to less than 5% of the issued share capital of the Company. Accordingly, the Shareholder is not a substantial shareholder of the Company and the announcement number 00181 made on 6 July 2007 should be deemed void...positve new for Oculus..many pple are buying big on this counter..renewable alternative hydro electric power play to coal/oil which PRC is encouraging Time watch..base on my posting do U know who I am? just for the fun..jade and banjoo were strongly recommended by me too in this forum and many readers hve benefited..hope they benefit from Oculus too at this low level 30cts |

Different animal altogether..genting billions scripts..Oculus only 180mil paid up capital and is one of the the smallest base co,got cahnace of promoting to main board or "New Board" as mentioned by its CEO recently..Alternative Energy play..renewable hydro electric power is the "in-thing" which PRC is encouraging to replace coal and oil..so the rights issue for Oculus will be well accepted unlike Genting Int'l |

Similar case like Genting Int. Rights 60cents. Mother share trading around 62.5 Is it worth subscribing?? I personally dont think its worthwhile. |

Propose in July 2007 and major shareholder Global Ariel has undertaken to subscribe for its full entitlements.Has anyone received its EGM already.Recently Oculus secured $100mil financing from an US fund manager with no interestt payable and option to get for financing from the same source..this speaks well of Oculus's potential in hydroelectric power plants-alternative renewable energy that is fully endorsable by the Chineses Government.What's is unique about his $100mil convertible loan is that no interest is required to be paid by Oculus at all..very,very rare,that means fund manager has full confidence Oculus share will appreciate in the long run and the manager will reap the capital gains.Any comments? |
