this share's fair value is abt 1.1 loved it when it crashed to .6 now sitting on more than 40% gains..haha.. who says u can't find undervalue gems..hahaha also some swiber effect rubbin off on swisscooo |

Further to our Announcement on 24 December 2007, the Board of Directors of Swissco International Limited (the ?Company?) is pleased to announce that the listing and quotation of the shares of the Company on the Main Board of SGX-ST will take effect from 9.00 a.m. on 31 December 2007. The Company will be listed and quoted on the Main Board of the SGX- ST and will cease to be quoted on the Catalist (Non-Sponsored) with effect from 31 December 2007. Settlement for trades in the share of the Company will continue to be effected by book entries in the securities accounts which the buyers and sellers must continue to maintain with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited. Please note that Shareholders of the Company are not required to take any action relating to the above matter. By order of the Board Tan Ching Chek Company Secretary 26 December 2007 |

From SGX announcement, anybody can comments on this? Should postive for the counter in the near term? The Board of Directors of Swissco International Limited (the ?Company?) is pleased to announce that the SGX has on 21 December 2007 granted the in-principle approval for the transfer of the listing and quotation of the Company?s shares from the Catalist (Non-Sponsored) to the SGX-Main Board (the ?Transfer?). The effective date of the Transfer will be announced at a later date. The Transfer will have no effect on the financial position of the Company and its subsidiaries. Please note that the SGX?s in-principle approval is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Transfer, the Company or its subsidiaries or their securities. Please also note that Shareholders of the Company are not required to take any action relating to the above matter. By order of the Board Tan Ching Chek Company Secretary 24 December 2007 |

TA can be deceiving. Price may continue to dip because of poor market sentiment. If only making kopi $$$ is that easy?. Those who hope to always buy at the lowest price for any share may end up not buying any at all, being affected by greed (hoping to buy at the lowest price or sell at the highest) or fear (fearing to sell, thinking the price may continue to rise or fearing to buy thinking it may continue dipping). If a share is a value share, it may not dip much, except for those damned speculative shares, which may continue dipping or rising for no reason!!!! |

If u use log scale, it is now touching lower bottom of trend line. And stochastic is forming a triple divergence. Any drop, even minor, from current level would be good to grab, before it runs away..ma convergence. Only issue now is sentiment, and awaiting for finiancial results, which shld be good. |

Hit Resistance @1.4 as expected. Probably will come down to test 1.25 (fibonacci 61.8%) before further conclusion. MACD and Stochastic signalling: time is not ripe for entry yet. Monitoring closely (personal opinion) |

Did some studying on Swissco over the weekend. http://www.swissco.net/ Basic Background about Swissco - Operators of a young and modern fleet of offshore support vessels (current:24); still expanding - Poviding marine services to the 1) shipping and 2) offshore oil and gas industries *Shipping industry is booming due to demand of commodities by India+China. (Notice how STX PanOcean runs') *Oil and gas industry is booming due to record oil prices spurring by energy demands. (China+India+Emerging countries) - Shareholding of Swiber (38million outstanding) which cost S$3.46/Share as of current moment * If divestment, would lock in a gain of S$100+million - Gross profit increased by 76% to S$7.3 million as compared to S$4.1m in 1H06 raising NAV to S$1.00/share - Small float of issued 178.758million shares. Potential to place more shares if order book builds up. - In view of above, Swissco should continues to be profitable for more time to come, share price should be adjusted up while order's continue to pour in. - Just some views, not any inducement for any trade {Caveat Emptor} |
